Ordered 2 eggs 2 pancakes with potatoes, bacon, ham, sausage for under $11.00! Eggs and bacon done to perfection, all was delicious and is local to me in PB♡Will be back♡

Bacon here is cheap, not so great. My waffle was burnt. Eggs were kinda greasy and runny. Hmm... I've been here and had it be better.

Always good and often busy. Today was upsetting cause some guy was trying to expound to his booth mates how he knew so much about science education. Not the fault of restaurant but still annoying.

Good food at decent prices. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive.

Great food, great service, and outstanding coffee! What else do you need. Nice little breakfast place in PB located very close to the beach and Mission Bay recreation areas. We went on a weekend and, surprisingly, we were seated almost immediately. Wife had an omelet, daughter had eggs benny, and I had the french toast. We all shared a little of each plate and thoroughly enjoyed the mix and match. Everything was excellent! Now, how many times have you had coffee at a restaurant where the stuff was so strong it would eat right through your napkin if you happened to spill a drop? Not at the Menu! Mellow, smooth, and just the way I wish I could make it at home. Well done The Menu! I’m going back for more... Pictures next time, too. I promise.

If you want a good breakfast, this is the place! Service was EXCELLENT!

What a way to start the day! This place was incredible - classic American breakfasts, Mexican, and somewhere in between if you can't choose a side of the border. Local crowd (you know that it's a good sign when staff knows patrons by their names) but I felt very welcomed by the staff. Great service, good to bring the kids.

Great breakfast/brunch spot in Crown Point area of pacific beach. Menu includes a wide variety of breakfast food, but my favorite is the açaí bowl or meat combo. The cheat code is coming during the week and getting one of the daily specials, for example the Tuesday steak and eggs special is best deal in PB. Love this place!

Loved the food and prices. It's a semi small place with little tables and a few cushioned booths, and we sat right next to the kitchen and bustle but the service was fast and friendly so we didn't mind. Breakfast food couldn't be better - not fancy but very plentiful and made from whole foods not little scraps. Potato sides are huge and delicious just a little crisped on the bottom and made from whole potato. We heard someone complaining about his steak being med not well done ditto with his eggs: we had six people and every plate was perfect and the place was full with a line. Don't be that guy.

Good variety of food for breakfast. Enjoyed our meals.

Had machaca plate, it was sweeter than I thought because of the onion and peppers. Like how the country potatoes are consistent texture, not too soft or hard. Pancake was ok. Coffee is watery so I rather get coffee somewhere else.

Excellent breakfast, attentive service, great price

Wonderful breakfast joint we ate during our stay two times. The portions are nice and they have daily specials. Monday's silver dollar pancakes with eggs and breakfast meat hit the spot!

Ordered the breakfast burrito and kids happy pancakes. Food and service is great! The mango habanero hot sauce made the burrito. I only wished they didn’t charge $1 for each ingredient for the burrito.

Great breakfast standards. Rapid service. Best coffee (organic too) 1,000% better than Starbucks. Low key. No crowds. Ps I am rowing crew at crew classic so am NOT affiliated with this restaurant. Just a visitor from San Francisco who knows great breakfasts when he eats one.

Fast friendly great food

To each his/her own. Friends have told me that Hash House a Go-Go would be the place to be when it came to breakfast, but for me, the Menu is the spot. I lived in Pacific Beach, right around the corner on Promontory Street, so I'm probably biased having eaten here so many times, but I love the food, I love the service, I love the location. I just visited SD for a family vacation and while our itinerary did not allow for a sit-down breakfast, I made it a point to head over and grab a couple take out orders. I last ate at the Menu 7 years ago and it's still one of my favorite breakfast joints. I still love everything about it and will continue stopping by on every visit until it either closes, or my doctor demands that I stop eating breakfast meats for the sake of my high blood pressure...

Pretty good brunch spot, could use some fresh menu items

Always a solid breakfast at The Menu. I’ve tried the huevos rancheros, breakfast burrito, oatmeal, biscuit with gravy, acai bowl, and more and its always delicious. Home-cooked vibes but from someone who can actually cook. I love going to The Menu.There’s usually street parking in the nearby neighborhood. During the weekdays its not too busy, but can get a bit crowded on the weekends and holidays. Still, we never have a long wait for a table for 2.

Belgium waffle, eggs, bacon good. Pancake, country fried, egg & sausage good, chicken fried steak with gravy, sourdough toast good. Good service.

I had a great breakfast if scrambled eggs, bacon and French toast. My server was very attentive.
